    Xenel founded in Jeddah

    Saudi Cable Company founded

  3. 1980

    SSOC established

    SSOC was established to manage large-scale operations and maintenance projects in the aviation sector

  4. 1981

    AMI joint venture formed

    AMI JV was formed to provide operations and maintenance services in the healthcare sector

  5. 1990

    Safra’s Yanbu plant began operating

  6. 1991

    Hubco established

  7. 1991

    Electricity restored to Kuwait City

    In the aftermath of the Gulf War, Xenel, through its subsidiaries, successfully restored electricity to Kuwait City within two weeks

  8. 1991

    Imdad founded

  9. 2000

    LogiPoint began operations

  10. 2007

    Red Sea Gateway Terminal established

  11. 2009

    NATPET developed

    Developed NATPET, a polypropylene complex in Saudi Arabia with an annual capacity of 400,000 tons

  12. 2010

    Trican–SSOC joint venture formed

    A joint venture between Trican and SSOC was established to serve the upstream oil and gas sector

  13. 2011

    Qatrana co-developed

    Co-developed and built Qatrana, a 373 MW combined-cycle gas turbine power plant in Jordan

    Jusoor joint venture established
